Our members are ethical individuals who value the relationships developed with landowners involved in our program. All members receive a background check before being allowed to join our club. We have stringent rules and guidelines to ensure a quality situation for all involved.
- All members can visit your property by reservation only. We use a reservation system that keeps track of who was there, and when they were there.
- We only allow one hunt party on a property at a time. This insures safety and prevents our landowners from being inundated with hunters.
- All members turn in a harvest report within 48 hours of being on a property. This helps us maintain the game on any given property and helps us make sure we leave it in the “same as or better than” condition than we found it.
This could be a great way to supplement money received for CRP land, and if you are claiming crop damage, we could lease you property for all other hunting or outdoor activities other than for the species you are claiming damages for. In fact we have been able in some cases to match the money the state pays in crop damage and get land owners out of that program all together. No more hunters calling. No more wondering if you will get paid the amount you had hoped for this year and still have enough game harvested to protect your crops.
